abstract (57) [Summary] The present invention provides various β-mannosidase or β-mannanase by enzymatic reaction with an aqueous liquid containing mannose or mannooligosaccharide or mannose derivative and sugar or alcohol. It is a method for producing manno-oligosaccharide. [Effect] The compound obtained by the production method of the present invention is β-1,4 mannobiose, β-1,4 mannotriose, β-1,4 mannotetraose, β-1, such as methyl β-mannoside. 4 Manno-oligosaccharides and related compounds, but these compounds are useful as biochemical reagents and raw materials for the synthesis of medicines.
