titleOfInvention Laminated sheet manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To produce a laminated sheet in which an m-aramid paper layer and a polyester film layer are closely bonded and integrated. When an m-aramid paper layer and a polyester film layer are laminated and integrated into a sheet, an m-aramid paper layer having a specific air permeability and a polyester film layer having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6 or more are formed. Are stacked and heated with a calender roll in which the m-aramid paper layer side is at a high temperature and the polyester film layer side is at a low temperature, and immediately cooled to a temperature not higher than the glass transition point of polyester, whereby the m-aramid paper is laminated on the laminated surface. Polyester is melt-impregnated only in the surface layer part of the layer to realize strong joining of both layers and m To obtain a laminated sheet which also retains the properties of the aramid paper layer and the polyester film layer.
