(57) [Summary] [Structure] The following formula (1) [In formula, G-O- shows the sugar residue which does not have a protecting group. R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. m represents 1 or 2. n shows the integer of 1-8. ] An enzyme complex obtained by covalently bonding an enzyme to a sugar-containing polymer consisting of 1 to 100 mol% of a sugar-containing polymerizable structural unit and 99 to 0 mol% of an olefin-based polymerizable structural unit. [Effect] An enzyme-sugar-containing polymer complex having improved enzyme activity and storage stability can be obtained. |
