titleOfInvention Aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitor cathode
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Each contains Ti, V, Zr, and Ni at 20 ppm or less, 0.4 ppm or more in total, and Fe0.03 to 0.15%, Si0. An aluminum foil containing 02 to 0.15% and the balance Al and unavoidable impurities. Ti, V, and Zr are formed on the surface layer portion from the surface of the aluminum foil to 0.2 μm inside in the thickness direction. And Ni are present in a total concentration of 0.6-8000 ppm. [Effect] It is possible to obtain an aluminum foil for a cathode of an electrolytic capacitor, which has a high electrostatic capacity and a good strength.
