titleOfInvention | Transdermal dosing device |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A transdermal drug delivery device that utilizes the action of iontophoresis, in which skin-to-electric power generation is possible because it is easy to reduce the area and shape of the device, physiologically activate the skin, and enhance drug uptake efficiency. A type of transdermal administration device is provided. This transdermal administration element comprises a mesh-shaped or sheet-shaped positive electrode metal part 2 on a sticking means 1, a conductive matrix 3 on which drug ions to be permeated are dispersed, and a grid-shaped upper layer thereon. Is the semiconductor layer 41, and the lower layer is the non-conductive pad 4 The negative electrode 4, which is No. 2, is laminated in this order, and the positive electrode metal portion 2 and the semiconductor layer 41 of the negative electrode 4 are short-circuited by the conducting wires 5 and 5'at the edge portion. Furthermore, the short circuit (A A circuit (B circuit) including a low-frequency pulse oscillator 8 of 50 to 500 Hz and its power supply 7 is provided in parallel with the circuit), and the changeover switch 6 switches between the B circuit and the A circuit. |
