abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A transdermal drug delivery device that utilizes the action of iontophoresis, in which skin-to-electric power generation is possible because it is easy to reduce the area and shape of the device, physiologically activate the skin, and enhance drug uptake efficiency. A type of transdermal administration device is provided. This transdermal administration element comprises a mesh-shaped or sheet-shaped positive electrode metal part 2 on a sticking means 1, a conductive matrix 3 on which drug ions to be permeated are dispersed, and a grid-shaped upper layer thereon.
