abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a highly sensitive enzyme immunoassay by bioluminescence. In an enzyme immunoassay for measuring an amount of an antigen or an antibody in a sample by mixing an antibody or an antigen bound with the labeling enzyme into a sample and causing the labeling enzyme to emit light, flavin mono is used as the labeling enzyme. An enzyme immunoassay in which flavin mononucleotide is present in a sample using a nucleotide reductase, the flavin mononucleotide reductant produced is caused to emit light by using bacterium-derived luciferase, and the amount of luminescence is measured.
