| abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] In a cut pile fabric made of twisted multi-filament crimped yarn, the shape of the fibers making up the cut pile has twist at the pile root, and the twist decreases as it goes to the pile tip. A cut pile fabric having substantially no twist at the tip of the pile and spreading radially, and a method for producing the same. [Effect] As compared with the conventional cut pile fabric, it is possible to obtain a cut pile fabric having a deep color tone, a smooth surface touch, no ground cracking, an appropriate volume, and good sag resistance. |
