titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing foam blow molded product
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method for producing a foam blow-molded product, which is capable of obtaining a molded product having a high expansion ratio. [Composition] In a method for producing a foam blow-molded product, in which a thermoplastic resin containing a foaming agent is melted, extruded, and blow-molded, the main component of the decomposition-generated gas is nitrogen gas as the foaming agent, and the decomposition temperatures are different from each other. Two or more types of foaming agents (for example, azo-based azodicarbonamide) are used. The difference in the decomposition temperature of these foaming agents is preferably 15 ° C or higher. The blending ratio of the foaming agent (low temperature decomposition foaming agent / high temperature decomposition foaming agent) is preferably 3/97 to 40/60 (% by weight).
