titleOfInvention | Useful microorganism culture device |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] It is possible to prevent clogging of the solid packing material even when the sludge concentration of the liquid to be cultivated is high, and to prevent anaerobicization by sufficiently distributing air between the solid packing materials. Convection is generated between the solid fillers to stabilize the elution of the solid fillers, which enables reliable culture. [Structure] A container body 1 is vertically divided into two parts via a partition wall 3, a filling tank 4 and a storage tank 5 are formed on both sides of the partition wall 3, and a phenol-based metabolic function of useful microorganisms is provided inside the filling tank. A filling part 6 for filling with a solid filler for exposing and activating the liquid is formed, and an air diffuser 9 is provided below the filling part. From a circulating liquid outlet 18 formed below the storage tank. The extracted culture liquid is press-fitted from a circulating liquid inlet 23 formed below the culture tank to form an upward flow to bring the culture liquid into contact with the filling material, and form the upper part of the partition wall. Useful microorganism culturing apparatus in which a circulation system is formed between the culture tank and the storage tank by overflowing the culture tank to the storage tank through the overflow section 30. |
