(57) [Summary] [Purpose] The properties of fats and oils are almost the same as those of conventional triglycerides, when they are ingested, they are less oily, and cholesterol, neutral lipids and body fat are less accumulated, and they are metabolized as energy. Provides easy fats and oils. [Structure] An oil and fat composition containing 5% by weight or more of diglyceride in which one of the constituent fatty acids is a C 12 to C 24 long chain fatty acid and the other fatty acid is a C 6 to C 11 medium chain fatty acid in the oil and fat component.
