(57) Abstract: To provide a rapamycin-FKBP12 binding protein of novel mammalian origin for the identification, design and synthesis of immunomodulators, anti-restenosis agents or anti-tumor agents. A novel mammalian-origin rapamycin-FKBP12 binding protein and fragments thereof for identifying, designing and synthesizing immunomodulators, anti-restenosis agents or anti-tumor agents, and DNAs and cDs corresponding to these proteins NA, antisense RNA and DNA segments. Further, methods of isolating these proteins, as well as therapeutic uses associated with these proteins. [Effect] A novel mammalian-origin rapamycin-FKBP12 binding protein and the like for the identification, design and synthesis of immunomodulators, anti-restenosis agents or anti-tumor agents are provided. |
