titleOfInvention Method for producing nitro aromatic compound
abstract (57) Abstract: A solvent is generated to effectively condense the vapors generated during the concentration of sulfuric acid, avoid the formation of coatings on heat transfer surfaces, and to dissolve the resulting deposits. A method for producing an unnecessary nitroaromatic compound is provided. A nitroaromatic compound is prepared by continuously reacting an aromatic compound with a nitrating acid. The reaction mixture is then separated into an organic phase and an acid phase from which the desired nitroaromatic compound is recovered. Subjecting the acid phase to flash evaporation to give at least 5% by weight of the water present therein Is removed. The vapor generated during flash evaporation is introduced into the jet spray of coolant to produce a condensate consisting of coolant, condensed vapor and suspended organic compounds. A portion of the condensate is subjected to phase separation to remove water and organic compounds present therein. Reuse this water and organic compounds.
