titleOfInvention A method of inoculating cultivated mushrooms into a ginseng medium and extracting an extract from the medium and mushroom mycelia
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] Ginseng is inoculated with ginseng in a medium and cultured for a short period of time to be extracted and produced as an extract having a useful component of a mycelial mycelium that has grown enormously. [Composition] After cleaning ginseng, the water content in the dryer is 6 Dry to 5%. After that, it is sliced into granules and placed in a bottle-shaped culture container to obtain a medium. Then, the culture container is equipped with a lid that has air permeability and prevents invasion of various bacteria. Then, pressurize and heat in a closed pot to sterilize. Then, the lid is removed, the edible fungus is sprayed on the medium to inoculate, and then the lid is attached to the culture container. Then, the temperature of the culture vessel is adjusted in the culture room until the fungal hyphae grow and permeate into the inside of the medium and are sufficiently cultivated. Then, the culture removed from the container had a water content of 10 to 11% in a drier. Until dry. The dried culture is continuously extracted with an extractor using ethanol as a solvent.
