(57) Abstract: An opaque polyolefin film having semi-transparency or opacity that can be set by a simple means and can be changed in a wide range. Disclosed is a stretched polyolefin film that includes at least one vacuole-containing layer. The vacuole-containing layer comprises a particulate hollow body consisting essentially of a polymer that is incompatible with the thermoplastic polymer. A method of making the film is also disclosed. |
