titleOfInvention Driving force transmission device for vertical mill
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A vertical roller type mill with high durability and reliability that prevents breakage of the yoke pin that transmits the driving force from the yoke of the crushing section to the ring seat in the vertical roller type mill. A drive force transmission device for a mill is provided. [Structure] A yoke drive unit that constitutes a crushing unit of a vertical mill, A plurality of yoke pins that transmit a force from the yoke to the ring sheet, a crushing ring on the ring sheet, and a driving force are transmitted to the crushing roller under pressure to crush the raw material between the crushing roller and the crushing ring. In the vertical mill having a structure, the plurality of yoke pins are freely rotated in positions where forces are simultaneously received in the holes of the yoke, and the pressure receiving portions of the yoke pins are in line contact or surface contact. In addition, the pressure receiving portion of the yoke pin is provided with white metal, which is a soft bearing alloy, so that it easily fits into the surface and makes surface contact.
