abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objective] To provide a method for simultaneously detecting a plurality of immunologically corresponding substances present in a subject. [Structure] At least two kinds of colored latex particles having different color tones suitable for the purpose of detection are prepared in advance. Each of two or more kinds of immunologically reactive substances is labeled, while at least two or more immunologically reactive substances are immobilized at different positions on the same support in advance. Then, a mixture of two or more types of labeled colored latex particles and at least one unknown immunological substance in the test solution are reacted, and then a mixture of the complex-colored latex particles immunologically formed is reacted. The test liquid is used as a medium to develop and move. |
