titleOfInvention | Pharmaceutical composition and its use for the treatment of neurological disorders and psychosis-related conditions |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nPeripheral neuropathy, secondary symptoms of diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, alcoholic polyneuropathy and age-onset symptoms, as well as several neurological and other body conditions, including similar veterinary disorders. Disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of pathologically related conditions in tissues. Pseudopathological chemical cross-linking of normal intracellular structures is a fundamental aspect of these neurological disorders. Covalent cross-linking of protein and lipid intracellular components appears to support the formation of polymeric aggregates of neurofilaments and other structural proteins, as well as lipofuscin. Pharmacological treatment of some neurological diseases using water-soluble low molecular weight primary amine agents and their derivatives as oral therapeutic agents results in cellular proteins and lipid amines and aliphatic and aromatic compounds with disease-inducible carbonyls. There may be competition for reactions with hydrocarbons. The main drug is 4-aminobenzoic acid and its derivatives that promote drug recognition and elimination by the kidneys. The present invention also includes: (1) a non-absorbable polyamine polymer and an amine-related agent for use with it, selected to covalently bond to a toxic carbonyl compound present in the diet to render the compound effectively non-toxic. Oral use of (2) a known anti-oxidant synergist and related trophic factors, and (3) use of a main drug and a synergist in combination with a known drug to treat the above neurological diseases. To do. |
