(57) [Summary] A cosmetic product comprising a cosmetic composition (2) and a container (1) for storing the composition is provided. The container (1) has first and second parts (4, 6). Each part is defined by a hemispherical chamber with openings (12,22) having peripheral edges (14,24) and flanges (10,20) projecting outward from the chamber. The first part (4) contains the cosmetic composition (2) and is sealed by a web (16) which completely covers the opening (12) and covers the flange (10). On the flange (20) of the second part (6), the flange (10) of the first part is releasably engaged, thereby allowing the first and second parts to be released from each other.
