titleOfInvention | Method for preventing oxidation of porous carbon-containing material and material obtained thereby |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe material is at least impregnated with an aqueous solution containing a precursor of a glass-containing phosphate base material modified by the presence of zinc oxide, dried and then heat-treated to form an internal oxidation protection composed of a phosphate-based glass-impregnated base material. I do. The precursor is a glass-impregnated phosphate base material in which the molar ratio of a glass-modifying oxide containing zinc oxide to a glass-forming oxide containing phosphoric anhydride as an essential component is at least 0.6, preferably 0.9. Is introduced into the aqueous solution so as to form a glass-containing substrate that is high enough to resist corrosion by moisture. This solution first dissolves a polyphosphate salt, such as sodium metaphosphate or sodium trimetaphosphate, in water and prepares a precursor salt for the modifying oxide containing at least one zinc salt such as nitric acid or zinc sulfate. The required amount is formed by subsequent stable dissolution by stable complex formation without forming a precipitate. |
