abstract | (57) [Summary] The present invention provides a compound of formula (I), wherein R 1 and R 5 each represent hydrogen, lower alkyl or a conventional amino protecting group; R 2 , R 3 and R 4 each represent hydrogen; Lower alkyl or lower alkyl substituted with amino, hydroxyl or halogen; and n represents an integer of 0 or 1]. The present invention also provides a compound of formula (IA), wherein R 1 , R 3 and R 4 are as described above; A is a hydrogen or chlorine atom, or a methyl or amino group; B is a lower alkyl group. , Or a cyclopropyl or phenyl group optionally substituted with a halogen atom; and C is a nitrogen atom, or a lower alkyl or lower alkoxy group or a methine group optionally substituted with a halogen atom]. It also relates to acid derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. The invention also relates to the process for the preparation of those compounds. |
