titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing drug pellets
abstract (57) [Summary]nThe present invention uses a rotor type granulator to apply a centrifugal force to the drug-containing powder in the rotor, and further, at the inner peripheral wall of the rotor or in the vicinity thereof, the powder is supplied to the rotor separately from the powder, and atomized. The granulation liquid is granulated by contact with the granulation liquid, and the granulation liquid contains 0.001 to 5% by weight of the anti-adhesion agent of the granulation liquid. A method of making drug pellets comprising the steps of extruding granules; pelletizing the extrudate; and drying and optionally coating the pellets.
