abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a diaphragm seal valve having higher elasticity than conventional metal diaphragm materials and excellent in fatigue resistance, galling resistance and corrosion resistance. A load means for sealingly sandwiching the peripheral edge of a thin metal diaphragm whose central portion bulges toward the load means side, and for disposing the central portion of the metal diaphragm in the valve seat direction, facing the valve seat. Is provided on the side opposite to the valve seat with respect to the metal diaphragm, the metal diaphragm is brought into contact with the valve seat by applying the load means, and the metal diaphragm self-returns to its original shape by releasing the load means to open and close the valve. In the diaphragm seal valve to be performed, for example, N in weight% i30 to 35%, Cr17 to 23%, Mo8 to 12%, balance Co and metal diaphragm made of cobalt-based alloy or nickel-cobalt alloy, and the amount of displacement increases linearly with load.
