titleOfInvention | Method for producing basic ferric sulfate solution from iron salt solution |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Targeting etching wastewater or pickling wastewater discharged in the industrial production process, these iron salt wastewaters are once converted into sparingly soluble iron carbonate, and basic sulfuric acid is used as a raw material. Since ferric iron solution is produced, it is possible to efficiently cope with it in a short time, and to use a simple and small-sized facility. [Structure] As a first step, (a) mixing an iron salt solution and a carbonate, (b) mixing an iron salt solution and a hydrogen carbonate, or (c) an iron salt solution with an alkali. Iron carbonate is produced by any method of reacting with carbon dioxide after soaking. This iron carbonate is poorly soluble in water, and this is suction-filtered to separate and collect iron carbonate. In the second step, 1 mol or more of sulfuric acid is added per mol of iron carbonate. The ferric carbonate produced and separated in the first step is added to the mixed solution prepared by adjusting and mixing the sulfuric acid and the oxidizing agent in an amount of less than 5 mol with stirring to produce a basic ferric sulfate solution. . |
