titleOfInvention Airbag door structure for vehicle interior side member and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] The airbag door is formed integrally with the vehicle interior side member, so that the airbag door is not separately formed from the vehicle interior side member, and therefore, the assembly is not necessary. It provides an air bag door structure with a beautiful appearance in which the boundary line of the is inconspicuous on the surface and a manufacturing method thereof. [Constitution] In a vehicle interior side member in which a synthetic resin foam layer 50 is integrally formed on the back surface side of a skin material 20, the skin material is compatible with the skin upper layer 21 made of a non-foaming soft synthetic resin and the skin upper layer. Subepithelial layer 22 made of foamed synthetic resin In addition to the above, the upper skin layer 21 is formed with bent portions 23 and 24 and a cut portion 25 at the tip thereof, which are bent so as to face the back surface side, at a position that defines a tear line of the airbag door. In addition, the subepithelial layer 22 is integrally lined on the entire back surface of the upper epidermis layer including the bent portion and the cut portion.
