abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] To form an inspection stress peculiar to operation in a ceramic member, which can be easily implemented and has a crack length when exceeding a limit value. Provided is a test method for a ceramic member capable of reliably selecting and removing a damaged member. In order to test the structured ceramic under overload conditions, a heat beam irradiation is applied onto the component to form a pre-calculated temperature distribution which gives rise to the desired inspection stress or overload.
