abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Thermoplastic that has excellent hot melt adhesion at high speed, excellent stretchability at low stress, small residual strain of stretching, moderate strength, and less blocking. An elastic film made of a polyurethane resin composition is provided. [Constitution] (a) 40 to 60% by weight of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, (b) 10 to 30 ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer % By weight, (c) 10 to 30% by weight of low-density polyethylene resin, (d) Thermoplastic composed of 10 to 30% by weight of styrene elastomer having a ratio of styrene modified with unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative of 30% by weight or less, and (e) 2 to 10% by weight of unmodified styrene elastomer. It consists of a polyurethane resin composition.
