titleOfInvention ABS resin composition having excellent chlorofluorocarbon resistance and refrigerator inner box comprising the composition
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] Vinyl cyanide compound (ACN) in the presence of 20 to 80% by weight of rubber having a particle diameter of 0.4 to 0.6 μ 40% by weight and aromatic vinyl compound (STY) 80-60 Graft polymer (X) obtained by polymerizing 80 to 20% by weight of a monomer, rubber 40 having a particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.2 μ ~ 80 wt% ACN 30-45 wt% and ST Y-70 to 55% by weight of a monomer 60 to 20% by weight, and a graft ratio of 10 to 40%, a small particle diameter graft polymer (y) is a tuft having a weight average particle diameter of 0.8 to 2.0 μ. Aggregated graft polymer (Y), ACN 35-4 5% by weight of STY and 65 to 55% by weight of STY, which is composed of a copolymer (Z) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6 to 0.9, a graft polymer (X) rubber and a (Y) rubber. ABS resin composition having a weight ratio of 1 to 1 to 4 and a total amount of rubber of 15 to 25% by weight. [Effect] It is excellent in CFC resistance and appearance (gloss), and is suitable for manufacturing a refrigerator for CFC substitute (HCFC-141b).
