(57) [Summary] [Purpose] A flame-retardant polyolefin resin with a fine and uniform foam structure that can prevent bleed-out of the flame retardant when used under high temperature conditions and can maintain the long-term flame retardant effect. Provide a foam. [Structure] Two-component mixed flame retardant of ammonium polyphosphate and a nitrogen-containing compound represented by the following structural formula 5 to 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin containing 5 to 50% by weight of a polyethylene resin having a maleic acid component. A flame-retardant polyolefin-based resin foam obtained by crosslinking and foaming a resin composition containing 200 parts by weight and a pyrolytic organic foaming agent.
