titleOfInvention PTC element
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] In a PTC element in which electrodes are formed on both surfaces of a conductive sheet having a positive temperature characteristic, which is made of a crystalline polymer in which conductive particles are dispersed, the surface of the plasma-treated conductive sheet A PTC element in which an electrode obtained from a conductive paint is formed on. [Effect] Since the PTC element of the present invention uses a conductive sheet that has been plasma-treated, the conductive sheet is uniformly roughened, and the adhesion between the electrode and the conductive sheet is excellent. Therefore, the PTC element of the present invention has an excellent trip cycle property and can be suitably used as a fuse of an electric device.
