titleOfInvention Color filter substrate, color filter, manufacturing method thereof, and liquid crystal display device
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide a substrate for manufacturing a color filter having pixels without color mixture, color unevenness, and white spots. A pixel is formed by forming an ink absorbing resin layer on a transparent substrate on which a black matrix is formed, and then irradiating light or irradiating and heat-treating the pixel forming portion of the resin layer facing the light transmitting portion of the black matrix. The central portion of the forming portion has a lower ink absorption than the peripheral portion.
