abstract (57) [Summary] (Corrected) [PROBLEMS] To provide a novel fluid restrictor having a function of automatically processing and loading a series of samples, with less clogging, reproducible extraction process. SOLUTION: The present fluid throttle is provided with a needle valve portion 1011, A valve adjusting portion 1013 and a temperature control portion 1015 are provided. The needle valve portion includes a metering orifice or expansion region 1248, a control needle 1256, a tip needle tip 1257, an outer tube 1234, and an outer tube tip 12. 33, an orifice 1240 through which the fluid passes, and a fluid connection hole 1287. The control needle 1256 cooperates with the hole 1287 to carry the flow of effluent into the needle valve, where the effluent is the outer tube 1234 and the expansion region 1248. Is received in the space between the control needle 1256 and the control needle 1256. At the expansion region 1248, the barrel and control needle tips cooperate to control the expansion and release of effluent that exits through the orifice into the collection environment.
