abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a simple alanine sensor that can measure in real time. [Structure] L-alanine dehydrogenase (L-a lanine dehydrogenase) 22 is fixed to an enzyme-immobilized membrane 10 composed of a porous glass membrane, and a silver chloride electrode 12 for detecting ammonia generated in the enzyme-immobilized membrane 10 is provided. An ammonia selective permeation film 14 made of a polyvinyl chloride film 14 containing nanocutin is interposed between the oxide film 10 and the silver-silver chloride electrode 12. |
