titleOfInvention | Method for producing naphthamide derivative |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] General formula [Chemical formula 1] (In the formula, n is 1 to 6) and a 3,5-dihydroxynaphthoic acid derivative represented by the general formula R 2 COX (III) (wherein R 2 is a substituted or unsubstituted carbon number 1 to 5 is an alkyl group of 5 and X is a halogen atom), and is reacted with an acyl compound represented by the following general formula: (In the formula, R 2 is the same as the above, R 1 is a hydrogen atom or a group represented by R 2 CO—, and R 2 is the same as the above.) After the compound is obtained, the mixed acid anhydride compound is then reacted with 1- (2-aminoethyl) -4-benzhydrylpiperidine to give a compound of the general formula: (In the formula, R 1 is the same as the above, and n is the same as the above.) In the method for producing the naphthamide derivative. [Effect] This method is useful as an industrial production method because the naphthamide derivative represented by the general formula (I) useful as a drug such as an antiallergic agent can be produced in high yield. |
