abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a cream solder which has little change with time such as precipitation of an activator or resin, is excellent in stability, and has less generation of solder balls. [Composition] In a cream solder in which powdered solder and ink-like flux are mixed, 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1 are used as a solvent for the ink-like flux. A cream solder containing 1,3-pentanediol diisobutyrate.
