abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] To provide a connector that improves economy and connection reliability in the inspection of electronic components such as a semiconductor integrated circuit device, and a semiconductor inspection method and device using the connector. [Structure] A plate-shaped insulating elastic member 1 having a plurality of conductive thin wires 2 having connection ends on the front and back surfaces, and an exposed surface 3 on which a semiconductor integrated circuit device or a test substrate is arranged. An insulating thin film member 3 in which an electrode 6 is provided on a and a thin film conductive layer 3c electrically connected to the electrode 6 via a wiring 7 is provided on a bonding surface 3b for bonding to the front surface or the back surface of the insulating elastic member 1. The insulating elastic member 1 is sandwiched and joined between the two insulating thin film members 3 so that each thin film conductive layer 3c is electrically connected to the connecting end of the conductive thin wire 2. .
