titleOfInvention Method for producing self-dispersion urethane emulsion
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a method for producing a self-dispersion urethane emulsion having excellent coatability and sedimentation stability, and having a dry film excellent in water resistance. [Constitution] Polyisocyanate compound (A), 2 hydroxyl groups Polymerizing a polyol compound (B) having one or more and a functional compound (C) having two or more active hydrogens capable of reacting with an isocyanate group and having one or more hydrophilic groups selected from a carboxyl group and a sulfonyl group. The residual isocyanate group content in the solid content of the prepolymer is 2.0 to 2 0% by weight of a prepolymer is formed, and then the prepolymer contains a chain extender (D) having two or more active hydrogens capable of reacting with the residual isocyanate groups and is 0.1% with respect to the prepolymer. A method for producing a urethane emulsion, which comprises throwing in an aqueous solution of 10 times volume and stirring and dispersing, wherein the time required for feeding the prepolymer is 10 seconds to 30 minutes. Dispersion type urethane emulsion manufacturing method.
