titleOfInvention Method for molding composition obtained by kneading thermoplastic resin and cement
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] It is possible to produce a molded product which retains the moldability of a thermoplastic resin and the characteristics of cement and is excellent in compressive strength, durability, mechanical strength such as bending and tensile strength, and chemical resistance. [Structure] A mold is filled with a mixed material obtained by mixing a thermoplastic resin, a hydraulic cement, and water necessary for hydration of the hydraulic cement. Next, a gaseous heat medium is blown into the mixed material in the mold to gelate the thermoplastic resin in the mixed material and at the same time hydrate with the hydraulic cement and water in the mixed material. Further, the mixed material is pressurized in the mold. [Effect] The thermoplastic resin contained in the mixed material of hydraulic cement and water is heated by the gaseous heat medium, and the gelation of the thermoplastic resin and the hydration of the cement can be performed almost at the same time. A uniformly gelled molded product can be obtained, and the melting of the thermoplastic resin and the hydration reaction of the cement can be performed in a short time.
