Aluminum electrolytic capacitor |
abstract |
(57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Prevents electrolyte leakage to the outside by reducing the effect of electrolysis reaction of the electrolyte when reverse voltage is applied and increasing the stability of the sealing part at high temperature. It is an object of the present invention to provide a highly reliable aluminum electrolytic capacitor that can be manufactured. [Structure] A capacitor element obtained by winding an anode foil and a cathode foil together with a separator and impregnating a driving electrolytic solution, a cylindrical metal case having a bottom for accommodating the capacitor element, and an opening portion of the metal case. An electrolysis device comprising a sealing body for sealing and dissolving a quaternary salt of a compound having an alkyl-substituted amidine group of phthalic acid and / or maleic acid as an electrolyte in an organic solvent containing γ-butyrolactone as the driving electrolytic solution. A liquid is used, and an elastic body obtained by adding a peroxide as a vulcanizing agent to a butyl rubber polymer made of a copolymer of isobutylene, isoprene and divinylbenzene is used as the sealing body. |
