abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Contain substantially all of the hydrophilic organic solvent extract of propolis and the aqueous extract of propolis, and also contain the hydrophilic organic solvent extract and the aqueous extract in a stable form. Then Moreover, a propolis composition having excellent water dispersibility is provided. [Structure] The propolis composition contains an ethanol extract of prepolis and an aqueous extract of propolis. Furthermore, by containing saponin, a propolis composition having good water dispersibility can be obtained. In addition, polyol, By containing at least one selected from the group consisting of sugar, sugar alcohol and dextrin, the stability of the propolis composition can be enhanced. This propolis composition contains active ingredients of both an ethanol extract and a water extract, and can be suitably used as a health food.
