abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Objectives] A novel synthetic method of 7-aza derivatives of tricyclic nucleobases is found, and useful compounds obtained by the method are provided. [Structure] 4-methyl-1 H -represented by the following formula (7) [1,2,4] triazolo [1,5- a ] purine-9 ( 4H ) -ones. (In the formula, R 1 and R 2 may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, a lower alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group.) Also, a compound represented by the following formula (6) is condensed. wherein the subjecting to ring closure reaction, the formula (7) represented by 4-methyl -1 H - [1,2,4] triazolo [1,5-a] purin -9 (4 H) - on Manufacturing method.
