abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] No nozzle or orifice clogging, jet bending, ink drop amount change, or flying speed change causes printing defects even during use and long-term storage, even when the temperature environment changes. (EN) Provided are a water-based ink and an inkjet recording method capable of excellent printing. [Structure] In the dye, first, sodium sulfate is added to a dye aqueous solution having a desired concentration to salt out the dye. Next, the deposited precipitate is collected by filtration, washed with a saturated aqueous solution of sodium sulfate, and then dried. After dissolving a predetermined amount of the obtained dry solid in a water-soluble organic solvent, the aqueous solution is filtered to obtain a filtrate. In the case of a pigment, impurities including barium contained in the pigment itself can be almost removed by repeating filtration of the pigment with pure water several times. |
