abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a recording ink having excellent long-term stability and ejection stability, and excellent ejection response. [Constitution] 1 of dye (Special Black 7984) A 0% aqueous solution was prepared, sodium sulfate was added, and the dye was salted out. The precipitate was collected by filtration, washed with a saturated aqueous solution of sodium sulfate, dried, and then dissolved in a 3: 1 mixed solution of ethylene glycol and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone in a predetermined amount. Next, this aqueous solution was diluted and then passed through a cation exchange resin (C-464) to adjust the pH to obtain an ink composition. The strontium content in this ink composition was measured by a plasma emission spectrophotometer and found to be 0.007 p. pm. When this ink composition was printed using an inkjet head, ejection stability and ejection response were good. In addition, the ink composition is -30 ° C and 60 ° C. After being stored for 6 months, no change was observed. |
