titleOfInvention Laser processing method for copper alloys
abstract (57) [Summary] [Objective] To provide a laser processing method of a copper alloy which can be performed with high efficiency. [Structure] A copper alloy is processed by a laser pulse composed of an initial spike component having a relatively high peak power and a tail component having a relatively low peak power. The method of generating the laser pulse at that time is preferably a Q-switch oscillation laser using a mechanical rotation chopper.
