titleOfInvention | Cleaning method and cleaning device |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To realize a cleaning method and a cleaning device that can reduce the amount of surfactant used, and a cleaning waste liquid treatment method and a processing device that reduce the amount of waste. A cleaning device for cleaning a sample to be cleaned to which organic pollutants including oil are attached in a cleaning tank 3 and then in a cleaning tank 4 with a surfactant solution, which is a cleaning liquid circulation path of the cleaning tank 4. A cleaning liquid regeneration treatment device (emulsion decomposition tank) 10 is provided at 4c. This regeneration treatment device decomposes an emulsion of oil and a surfactant formed in the cleaning tank 4 into a surfactant and an oil component by high-frequency current application, and separates and removes the oil component outside the cleaning liquid circulation path to remove the cleaning liquid. Purify and regenerate. The regenerated cleaning liquid is circulated in the cleaning tank 4 and repeatedly used. The regeneration processing device 10 includes electrodes 11 and 11 connected to a high frequency power source 13. 'Is provided, and when a high frequency is applied to these, the emulsion is decomposed into an oil component and a surfactant, and the oil component having a small specific gravity rises and is removed by the oil skimmer 14. |
