titleOfInvention Polarographic urine analyzer
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] An object of the present invention is to provide a polarographic urine analyzer capable of performing urine analysis with high accuracy without being affected by dark current flowing in a flow cell or offset of an amplification circuit. [Structure] The urine analyzer (10) includes a polarographic flow cell (94), and the working electrode (10) of the flow cell (94) is The enzyme immobilization membrane (128) is provided in 6). The output of the flow cell (94) is amplified by the amplification circuit (134) and input to the arithmetic processing unit (212) to calculate the urine sugar value. Prior to the urine analysis, the base voltage of the flow cell output is adjusted to an appropriate range by the base voltage adjusting circuit (214). The accuracy of urine analysis is improved and the dynamic range is widened.
