titleOfInvention Method for producing phenolic resin molding material
abstract (57) [Summary] [Structure] Dimethylene ether type resole resin 20-4 0% by weight, 5 to 15% by weight of random novolac resin, 3 to 10% by weight of carboxyl-modified NBR, 40 to 60% by weight of glass fiber and a small amount of solvent were added as essential components, and then mixed with high speed stirring. A method for producing a phenolic resin molding material, which comprises removing a solvent and granulating. [Effect] The impact strength and static strength are well balanced in injection molding. In particular, the impact strength in injection molding, which has high productivity, has been greatly improved, and therefore, it will greatly promote the substitution of metal in the fields of automobiles and electric machines.
