abstract (57) Abstract: A novel therapeutic agent for disorders characterized by excessive or destructive proliferation of smooth muscle cells and arteriosclerotic deterioration of blood vessel wall is provided. SOLUTION: The general formula (Ia), (Ib) or (I c): (Wherein B represents lower alkylene, or an optionally substituted aromatic ring system, G 1 , G 2 and G 3 are each independently a residue of glycopyranoside, glycopyranose or a derivative thereof. Means, but at least one hydroxy group of the residues G 1 , G 2 or G 3 is esterified with sulfuric acid) a sulfate ester of an amino sugar or a pharmaceutically usable salt thereof.
