SOLUTION: The following formula (I) [In the formula, R 1 represents C 10 to C 30 alkyl or C 10 to C 30 alkenyl, R 2 represents hydrogen or C 1 to C 8 alkyl] A low solvent alkyl diketene of formula II Carboxylic acid chloride of formula III [Wherein R 3 , R 4 and R 5 are C 1 to C 12 alkyl or C 3 to Representing C 12 cycloalkyl] with a tertiary amine in an inert solvent which is immiscible with water, the organic phase being at a temperature of 80 to 130 ° C. and 10 to 500 mbar.
