abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] A thermosetting resin coating film that can be applied to various types of thermosetting resins that form coating films, has little deterioration in physical properties, and can form molded products with excellent coatability. [Structure] A thermoplastic resin having a thermosetting resin coating film is brought into contact with a coating film decomposing agent having a boiling point of 250 ° C. or less in a molten state to decompose the coating film, and a decomposition product of the coating film and the remaining product. A method for regenerating a resin with a coating, wherein the coating film decomposing agent is devolatilized and removed from the thermoplastic resin to obtain a recycled resin. A primary or secondary amine as a reaction agent is included as a component of the coating film decomposing agent. Alternatively, it contains a tertiary amine or quaternary ammonium salt which is a catalyst for the decomposition reaction and an alcohol and / or water which is a reaction agent for the decomposition reaction.
