titleOfInvention | Abrasive polymer mixed grindstone |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The cooling efficiency is increased to reduce the grinding resistance, and small chipping cutting or grooving is efficiently performed. Provided is a grindstone containing a water-absorbent polymer, which extends the life of the grindstone and allows polishing at the same time as cutting. [Structure] Abrasive grains such as diamond are mixed into a bonding agent such as a resin bond, and a water-absorbing polymer such as low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose is mixed and formed. The grindstone is formed on a cutting blade. The grindstone is formed on the polishing blade. |
